What payment methods are available in the Babusia boutique?

There are two ways to pay in the Babusia shop:

- Via Stripe - this service allows you to use various payment methods such as Visa, CB and PayPal....

To find the credit card, simply click on order, enter your details and the credit card will be proposed.

- Paypal

- Or cash for collection in Godewaersvelde - if you prefer this option, please contact me by email at contact@babusia.com. I will reserve the item for you for 72 hours and give you the address for collection. After 72 hours without any news or collection from you, the item will be put back on sale.

Is payment on the "Babusia" website
secure?

Yes, the Babusia site is completely secure thanks to the HTTPS protocol, which guarantees the protection of your personal and banking data.

Payments are now managed via Ecwid and can be made securely by credit card via Stripe or via PayPal. Both solutions are renowned for their reliability and high level of security. Your transactions are protected, and your banking information is never stored on our site.

Your personal information remains strictly confidential and will never be used for commercial purposes.

Is my ordered item available?

If the item is displayed on Ecwid, it is still available. As each Babusia jewel is unique, stocks are very limited. Once sold out, it will no longer be offered. If you like a model, don't wait too long... ✨

How long will it take to ship my order?

All orders placed on the "Babusia" website will be dispatched within 1 to 3 working days of receipt of payment. (the delay will be longer for jewelry made to order and if I'm away, but I always put a message on the home page to let you know).

Orders are dispatched Tuesday to Saturday (no dispatch on Mondays as the post office is closed).

* "Babusia" is not responsible for any postal delays.

What are the shipping costs?

Postage costs for a registered letter are 3 euros for France and 6 euros for Europe and the rest of the world.

Some items, such as cuffs over 3 cm, are sent by Colissimo. Postage is free for France, as these items generally have a value of 120 euros.

And postage is free for international orders of 200 euros or more.

Am I responsible for any taxes and customs duties?

Customs duties and taxes related to the delivery of an item outside of France are the responsibility of the customer.

"Babusia" is not obliged to check and inform its customers of applicable customs duties and taxes. It is the customer's responsibility to check with the competent authorities in his or her own country to find out about these.

What delivery methods are available?

For Babusia orders, we offer the following options:

France and international: Jewelry under 3 cm is sent by recorded delivery, insured by La Poste. A tracking number will be sent to you as soon as the purchase is confirmed.
Jewelry over 3 cm (cuffs, etc.): These items are sent by Colissimo, Delivengo or via Mondial Relay, services offering protection and more suitable delivery for bulky items. Please note that Colissimo shipping costs may be higher for international deliveries.

How long does it take to return an item?

You have 14 working days from delivery to return your purchases for a refund if they do not suit you.
In this case, please send an e-mail to contact@babusia.com, who will tell you what to do.
Items must be returned in their original packaging and in new condition.

For jewelry made to order, no returns are accepted.

Do I have to pay for return shipping?

You are entirely responsible for return shipping costs.

How can I keep up to date with "Babusia - The Slavic soul"?

We strongly advise you to subscribe to our newsletter to be the first to find out about the dates of the online sales and the duration of the capsules.

Subscribing to the newsletter gives you priority access to the sales and, at certain times of the year, enables you to benefit from free delivery in France.
Special attention is sometimes reserved for loyal customers...

Capsules generally remain online for one, two or even three months maximum, before being sent to certain physical shops.
